Stellar Communication and Relevant Advice
We are a roofing company in Wilmington DE that works on all kinds of roofs. So, whether you have a shingle, shake, metal, or flat roof, our crew can help. We have experience working with all types of roofs and are familiar with each one.
If your roof started leaking, we can investigate and find the source of the problem. If your roof is older, and you are concerned if it is still in good shape, we can provide an assessment and look for any trouble areas and provide input on when it will need to be replaced. Or, if you need a brand new roof, we can consult with you on what type of roof will work best for you and fits in your budget and design parameters.
We’ll discuss options for repair, replacement, or a completely new roof system. Our team works closely with homeowners so they can feel confident in the roofing job they are paying for.
We guarantee our work
When selecting a roofer, an important part of deciding who to go with is seeing who stands behind their work. Each roofing company will offer a different warranty or guarantee based on the materials they use and the qualifications they have. Another important factor is knowing which company will actually hold to their word – some roofing companies over-promise, and make themselves sound good but then not follow through. When we provide you a free estimate, we can also discuss with you the kind of warranty the roof will come with.
Accurate Estimates
We work hard to provide thorough and detailed roofing estimates so you’ll know precisely what your costs are before we begin. In the rare case of finding a job will be more involved than initially estimated, we will always contact you first to discuss options and plan changes.
